Councillor Jill Simpson-Vince was re-elected to the Dunsmore ward in Rugby on 2nd May 2024. She had been elected in December 2023 to Howard Roberts' seat, when he stood down, and the election cycle meant this seat was due for election in May. So, Jill had 4 months to work hard, get to know and work with the Parish Councils, as well as help residents with local issues and get up to speed with Rugby Borough Council. All that work paid off and she was successfully re-elected, beating the Liberal Democrats, Labour and Green candidates.
We wish Jill success in the role and know she is a great asset to the residents of Dunsmore.
